“My Capstone project helps people who are struggling with their own happiness redefine happiness in a more individual way,” says MacKenzie Pitcher. “I think the most important lesson I learned during Capstone was to take the research seriously and let it inform my design.”
“I really had to open up my knowledge and think outside the box about all of these different things that go into design that aren’t exactly design-based. There’s so much more you have to think about when doing a project like this,” says Daniel Salerno who focused on education about compost for his project.
Champlain’s forward-thinking and NASAD accredited BFA in Graphic Design & Digital Media offers designers of tomorrow broad exposure to the concepts and skills needed to become creative problem-solvers in this field.
